Dongsuh Federal-Mogul Co., Ltd.'s quality policy pursues continuous improvement to satisfy
IATF 16949 and customer requirements. Through these activities, we continuously supply
products and services that satisfy the needs of our customers.
In order to realize the quality policy, all our employees always put the following specific
implementation policies as the top priority while performing their duties
- Customer-oriented thinking that realizes and practices what customers demand and expect
- All members’ participation in all places and continuous improvement activities to prevent defects and reduce deviation and wastes
- Promoting the improvement in the quality of all resources, in particular, employees that are the basis of quality
- Establishment and maintenance of a quality assurance system to achieve the quality required by customers
Our members engage in customer-oriented quality improvement activities throughout all stages of product development, production, sales and services. Through thorough implementation of the established quality system and continuous improvement and maintenance, we achieve its quality policy and goals to realize customer satisfaction.
